Cyber Patrol is an application used by POLRI (hereinafter referred to as "We"). - Emergency Call Service 110
Emergency Call Service is a service on the POLRI Application that makes it easier for you to contact and provide incident information by contacting the 110 emergency call center more practically.
The POLRI application can only facilitate the emergency calling process to the call center number 110, and cannot facilitate calls to other emergency numbers that apply in parts and/or the entire territory of the Republic of Indonesia (such as 113 and 119).
The 110 call center service can be accessed by any telephone device as long as it is within telecommunications coverage of the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. All telephone calls to the call center number 110 are free and do not require any fees from the relevant telecommunications service provider or the Indonesian Police.
You are not permitted to abuse this service for the purposes of joking, trolling, and/or attempting to bully police officers for any purpose or purpose.
The POLRI website uses location data and telephone numbers as registered in your account to provide instant information on the location of the incident to the 110 emergency call center service operator and the officers assigned to handle your report. Make sure you contact the 110 call center service via the same telephone number to get more optimal service.
The Republic of Indonesia Police also has the right to collect this data for the purposes of analysis, evaluation and internal case development, taking into account the policies and procedures for processing report data as regulated in the POLRI Website Privacy Policy, the Law and other applicable regulations.
By using the Emergency Call service in the POLRI Application, you agree that the availability and accuracy of the location data collected may vary depending on the mobile device used to run the POLRI Application, including but not excluding:

- internal specifications of mobile devices relating to the reception of user geolocation data,
- weather conditions that affect the GPS signal reception process, as well
- other modifications in your device that affect the results of receiving coordinates (such as the option to accept less accurate location data, mock location, root, and/or jailbreak).
